    1. I will prepare the cost calculation and than it should be ready.
One more thing I have on mind is to replace STM32F407 by STM32F437. It should be pin to pin compatible, also it is faster and it is around 2 Eur more expensive. But it has HW CRYPTO unit and 64KB more RAM. Meaning it can in future do SSL/TLS and possibly other things. What do you think?
Also what region are you from? Would you be interested in GSM/LTE module?

Looking in to build two devices security/ system-home /automation- DVR cctv /picture capture based on OHS 2.0.4/ Raspberry Pi 4.
better performace sounds good especialy with crypto unit.
Two evros on a price with extra performance - wider range programing ability is great idea to have.

  4. Is this compatible with existing RS485 nodes?

    1. Do you mean new gateway 2? Yes, hardware is compatible, only you need to upload new example sketch. It has new functionalities, like arm home/away.
Same for radio nodes, only new sketch is needed.

    1. Hello, there are lables on the PCB, and BOM-OHS-gateway-17C.csv in download section on my Google drive. D12 is 3W 3V6 or 3V9 zener diode, used as extra protection, it will work without it. Just last barrier to protect the 3V3 rail from spikes.

    Hi,
Any chance to find an enclosure for "STM32 RFM69 / RFM9X / LoRa Radio Node USB Charging" + battery?

    Thank you.

Hello, for the STM32 nodes I use box I have at home and it fits. Actually, it depends on which size of battery you have. There are many plastic boxes on ebay, amazon with various sizes. If it should look nice and it can be a bit bigger I use waterproof junction boxes. For the ATMega nodes I have designed a small 3D printed enclosure, But it is for batteries I do not have any more at hand. Sorry, it is hard to create a case, since it is not known what sensors the user will add to the board. The humidity/temperature is there as an option since most of the users wanted it.
